Barbara Zatler  è nata il 7 novembre 1980 a Horsens, in Danimarca. E una modella internazionale, attrice e personaggio televisivo.
Barbara ha iniziato la sua carriera come modella nel 2002, quando fu scoperta! Lei ora ha costruito una carriera internazionale ed è apparsa in numerose riviste di tutto il mondo, ma soprattutto in USA. E ‘stata sulla copertina della rivista Playboy , con il titolo di Playmate del mese in Slovenia e da allora è stata chiamata in paesi come l’Olanda, Romania, Polonia e Stati Uniti.
Barbara è stato descritto in riviste come GQ , Esquire , Maxim e FHM e ha lavorato con alcuni dei migliori fotografi come Anders Overgaard , Isak Hoffmeier , Nicky De Silva , Michael Vincent .
Barbara è stata votata come una delle dieci donne più belle del 2010 dalla rivista di lifestyle della Danimarca Euroman. E ‘stata anche votata la donna più sexy del mondo dalla rivista FHM nel 2012. E’ apparsa come guest star in diverse trasmissioni radiofoniche televisive quali P3 Morgen, The Voice, radio SLR GO fm Aarhus, Twin Towers la radio USA e Playboy Radio USA, dove si è anche esibita con stand-up.
La sua passione per la recitazione è venuta in una fase precoce, quando lei aveva 12 anni e ha partecipato in alcune recite scolastiche. Da allora ha recitato in film come Klovn The Movie 2010 di Mikkel Soendergaard e Teddy Bear 2011 di Mads Matthiesen. Serie TV come 2900 Happiness TV3 e Kristian TV2 Zulu , Borgen DR1. E ‘apparsa in show televisivi come Celebrity Masterchef Danimarca TV3 , Rod i Køkkenet Kanal5, Go’aften Danmark TV2, Aften Showet DR1, Go’morgen Danmark TV2, Zulu Djævleræs TV2 Zulu e Aloha TV2 Zulu.
 
1-Partiamo dal principio: da bambina che cosa hai fatto? I tuoi sogni e le tue aspirazioni.
Quando ero un bambino volevo diventare un giocatore di golf e giocare a golf sul campionato WC, ma poi ho voluto andare a cavallo e lavorare con i cavalli. Aveva i miei cavalli, da 17 fino a 21 anni, ma poi ho perso il mio interesse così ho continuato gli studi.  Sono stata scoperta da un fotografo che ha voluto prendere la mia immagine. In un primo momento non volevo, ma lui mi ha convinto e così ho deciso di provarci. Le immagini uscite hanno avuto un sacco di feedback positivi. Questo mi ha spinto ad intraprendere una carriera come modella.

Let’s start from the beginning: as a child, what did you do? Your dreams and your aspirations.
When i was a child i wanted to become a golfer and play golf on the WC league but then i wanted to ride horses and work with horses and had my own horses when i was about 17 till 21 but then this lost my interest so i didn’t know what i then wanted to do but i did study. As 22 years old. I got discovered by a photographer who wanted to take my picture. At first I didn’t want to because I was unsure about if I had what it takes to become a model but he convinced me otherwise so I agreed to try it out. The images came out great and I got a lot of positive feedback on them. That inspired me to pursue a career as a model.
2-Sei una modella. Da quando hai iniziato la tua carriera? Raccontaci le tue esperienze.
All’inizio ero molto nervosa, ogni volta ho dovuto andare a sessione di foto, ma quando ho iniziato a pubblicare ho avuto successo con il mio lavoro. Mi ha reso più fiduciosa delle mie capacità e di quello che stavo facendo. E ‘stata una strada molto difficile, ma gioiosa per arrivare dove sono oggi. Ne vale la pena. Sono stato fortunata a non incontrare persone maligne, ho lavorato solo con persone fantastiche che mi hanno aiutato a raggiungere il mio obiettivo, perché senza di loro non avrei potuto ottenere molta esposizione e grandi immagini da pubblicare.

You are a model. Ever since you started your career?
Tell us about your experiences. In the beginning i was very nervous each time i had to go to a photo session but when i started to get published and i had success with my work it made me more confident in my work and what i was doing. It has been a very hard but joyful road to get where i am today. But it has been all worth it. I have been lucky to not meet any people who was bad to work with, i have only worked with great people and they have helped me to reach my goal, because without them i would not have been able to get so much exposure and great images to get published.
3-Cos’è per te la moda?
La moda per me non è comprare una certa marca costosa, ma costruire il proprio stile. Come mostrare la personalità nel modo di vestire. Basta essere se stessi e non andare dietro alle riviste che ti dicono la moda del momento.

What’s fashion for you?
Fashion for me is not that you go out and buy some expensive brand but how you build up your own style. How you show your personality in the way you dress. I think that , that is fashion. Just be who you are and not go with that the fancy magazines tells you is in right now. Stand out!
4-Qual è stato il lavoro più gratificante?
E’ stato con Playboy, quando ero sulla copertina del numero della Slovenia. Questo mi ha reso famosa. E mi aperto la strada per gli Stati Uniti!

What has been the most rewarding work?
That must have been Playboy when i was on the cover of the Slovenian Issue. This really made my career blossom. I stared to get much more exposure in the US after that!
5-L’importanza della formazione artistica.
E’ importante formare le espressioni facciali e lavorare sulle cose che si conoscono meno in modo da poter fornire, quando necessario, un ottimo shooting fotografico. Dovete essere in grado di mostrare sentimenti e portare le immagini a vivere, dai vostri occhi e viso. Se questo non funziona le immagini saranno inutili.

The importance of arts training.
It is important to train you facial expressions so you know what your good at and work on the things you are not so good at so you can deliver when needed for a shoot. You need to be able to show feelings and bring the images to live by your eyes and face. If this is not working the images will be useless.
6-Come vedi il tuo futuro?
Non guardo avanti, ma basta prendere un giorno alla volta. Non si sa mai cosa potrebbe accadere in futuro. Ma lascio che le mie azioni nella vita mi portino fin dove sto andando. Vi dirò quando sarò arrivata 🙂

How do you see your future?
I don’t really look ahead but just take it one day at a time. You never know what might happen in the future so i tend not to picture my future but just let my doings in life lead me to where i am heading. I will tell you when i get there 🙂
7-Sei è una ragazza determinata, pronta a superare qualsiasi difficoltà. Qual è la motivazione che ti spinge a fare tutto questo?
Sono molto testarda e, se ho impostato la mia mente a qualcosa, non sto a fermarmi, fino a quando ho capito! Questo mi motiva ad andare avanti. Non mi arrendo! Se non funziona, allora, almeno posso dire che ci ho provato.

You are a determined girl, ready to overcome any difficulty.
What’s the motivation that pushes you to do all this? I am very stubborn and if i set my mind to something i am not stopping until i get it! This motivates me to keep on going. I wont give up! If it doesn’t work then i at least can say that i tried.
8-Sei stata fotografata dai più importanti fotografi del mondo. Raccontaci queste esperienze.
Ho lavorato con alcuni dei migliori fotografi ed è stato un vero piacere lavorare con loro. Ho avuto modo di imparare molto da loro in quanto ti danno alcuni consigli sul modo, su come porsi, e in quali posizioni sono davvero brava. Questo si può apprendere da ogni shooting e si ottiene sempre meglio!

You’ve been photographed by some photographers. Tell us about this experiences.
I have worked with some of the best photographers and it has been a real pleasure working with them and got to learn much from them as they gives you some advices on the way on how to pose and what angles i am really good at. This you can take with you to the next shoot and you get better and better!
9-Una cosa che per te è un valore assoluto.
Il mio Macbook, non sarei in grado di vivere senza di esso. Tutto quello che faccio sta accadendo su questo dispositivo.
