The profession of writing is a very high-end profession the profession of writing is a very high-end profession… Because it contains information to the reader… It benefits him spiritually and psychologically… And provides him with all the new developments in science and knowledge.

And the writer’s profession in itself is not as easy as some think… For any writer to write and publish many books that include different cultures in society… He needs not only time… But also the writer must have a wide and fertile imagination. In addition to the rich and long-term vision… it contains information to the reader… It benefits him spiritually and psychologically… And provides him with all the new developments in science and knowledge.

And the writer’s profession in itself is not as easy as some think… For any writer to write and publish many books that include different cultures in society… He needs not only time… But also the writer must have a wide and fertile imagination. In addition to the rich and long-term vision…

However, today’s writers are different from before, as the percentage of boldness in presenting topics differed… Even the issues that are now discussed in today’s book differed greatly from the issues that were discussed in the past.

So let us know about the form of writing and how books have developed over the ages… What are the tools that were used for writing? How are these tools different? What are the main issues being discussed today?

*First, let’s talk about culture in general. How did the culture of the current generation differ from the culture of the previous generation?

Think about something: how can i write a story if I don’t have in my mind figures like Cehov, Tolstoi, Balzac, Dante, Jane Austen, Dickens and so many other sacred personalities to influence my work?

To answer to your question, I believe that isn’t actually a battle between old culture – new culture, but what is for sure, unfortunately today we are living in a society too much confused regarding the own aspirations, ideals or visions. To make the long story short: too much bling bling and less content. The young generation must grow more idealistic and less materialistic. And this will be the RENAISSANCE.

* There are those who say that the current culture has assassinated the human mind… and specifically the minds of the rising generation of young people… How do you comment on this issue?

Nobody and nothing have the power to kill the human mind. Maybe the young generation is influenced by a certain part of the mass media and social media , commercial figures  created exactly to play this manipulating role of ,, I AM COOL  I AM A SUPERSTAR”. But trust me the youth of nowadays isn’t naive at all. And here is the real challenge in their lives: to discover who they are and what’s the life they wish to live. Human mind is actually the biggest gift – the power to explore the entire Cosmos inside and outside of ourselves.

*Are the issues discussed in literature different comparing between witnessing now and the past?

Literature was, is and will always be the mirror of what we are. Writers are seeing with the eyes of their soul, heart and mind. Today like centuries ago, writers are writing about LIFE in the way they feel. That’s why we are calling authors, poets, writers WITNESSES of our times. What would be the world without poets for example? And what is a poet or writer actually? The One who gives new sense, sensibility, sensitivity, emotional touch trough his words, the poet, the writer will always exists with the unique role : to give us the best expression of our world, life, our journey from yesterday to tomorrow. Literature is the most beautiful journey in fact. There is no other issue or subject more interesting for literature than our society as it is: beautiful, ugly, complicated, fragile, dangerous, emotional, politically incorrect or correct, corrupt, violent peaceful etc. Over the centuries until today, writers are inspired by everything meaning social movement. Writers are always EXPLORERS.

*What about the writer himself… How did the method of delivering information to the reader changed?

I don’t know how others writers are. I see myself as a free spirit. My source of writing is my daily life, my encounters, my friends, my emotions, my doubts, my inner power, my innocence, my flamboyant temper. I am a poet, I’m writing poetry since my childhood. I am writing about female artists, painters, musicians, other writers, thinkers, politicians or royals. I never choose my subjects. It happens to meet someone and be my next chapter in the book. I love to see the beautiful, positive part of a character. I am not inspired at all by people living an empty life, people without personal message.

* We are witnessing in our time many so-called paid pens. From writers and perhaps journalists as well. Your comment on this phenomenon?

It is a huge difference between a writer and a journalist. A journalist is always part of a team and as usual, every team has a capitan to give order. A writer is and must be always FREE. Of course many personalities have, personal writer” or ghost writer but this is part of a different kind of literature and actually I wouldn’t call it literature, I would call it commercial writing.

*How did the writer’s imagination play big role in the past and now to create a greater space for expression, change, and renaissance?

You are asking me specific about writers but let me tell you something. Writers are artists of words. Musicians are artists of sounds. Painters are artists of colors. Sports people are artists too. All artists are champions. They challenge the society to grow. From the mythology time of Homer to Lorenzo The Magnificent of Renaissance time and  until today in the Era of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc etc etc we will always need books, libraries, publications, publishers and YES WE DO NEED WRITERS – Nothing can be more beautiful than a writer’s  imagination. Think about the author Jules Verne and his imaginary journey through unlimited spaces. A writer imagination will always bring a Dream closer to our reality

*Haw the publisher’s task are different between the past and now?

Regarding publishers, let me tell you, yes, it is wonderful to have the classical publishers, bookshops to help us have real books in our hands. Books are like perfumes: you will always remember the moment, the emotion and the heartbeat of every written line.

*When did Arab culture merge with Western culture? How did this affect the writer content?

25 years ago I was the first writer to publish in Germany about Arab artists, GCC artists like Ahlam and Mohammed Abdou. In German media, my Emirati, Bahraini and Saudi traditional clothes with resplendent embroidery (Abaya, Jalabya, and silver jewelry) were a beautiful subject for many articles about Middle Eastern femininity, Arab customs and way of life.

I am a writer dedicated to my values and I have my own motto in life: Culture must unite people, nations and religions with respect for heritage, traditions and customs. This is not a slogan. Culture must create a strong friendship bridge based on respect, tolerance and knowledge. Culture must be the most expressive language to bring people together. I deeply love John Lennon’s song IMAGINE. I wish my own books, my literature to spread beauty, intellect and spiritual fraternity and yes, I do believe in a world with equal rights for all of us.

My books and my publication Royal Arts Visions Magazine are giving voice to talented Arab artists who are ready to represent their countries and heritages worldwide. I’m happy that my art community is growing more and more and I know that trough the right words we can build a new world of peace and freedom. My literature is just a love letter to humanity.
