This is the second edition of what promises to become a must-see annual event. The Festival provides a showcase for the best from the emerging film industry in Panama as well as a meeting ground for filmmakers from the U.S. and Latin America.  Hosted by Victor Grimaldo, Executive Director of the Viva Panamá Organization and Festival Director Carlos Carrasco, this year’s festival will feature an eclectic mix of comedy, drama, gripping documentaries and industry panels.
